#1 Apricot Chicken $6.50
Sauteed chicken breast with a tangy apricot glaze. Served with country blend rice and sauteed carrots and squash.


#2 Penne with Tomato-Basil-Mushroom Sauce $5.50

Assorted mushrooms with garlic, onions, shallots, sun-dried and fresh tomatoes. Topped with Parmesan cheese.

#3 Chicken Tortilla $6.50
Flour tortilla filled with diced chicken, onions, scallions, cheese, and cilantro. Topped with an enchilada-style sauce and served with southwest rice, lettuce, and tomato.
